Laurent Poulet is co-founder and managing partner of Green Est. Capital. He began his career in 2010 at Krëfel SA where he was also a director. He was purchasing director responsible for designing and deploying the ‘Digital First’ marketing strategy. Since 2011, Krëfel has undergone a transformation which has given rise to enormous growth. This has gone hand in hand with developing a solid network of stores. Laurent has expert knowledge of the way the sales process has evolved in the retail sector over the years. Thanks to his experience and his eye for innovation, Laurent knows what retailers’ current needs are.
Finance – Business Development – Mergers & Acquisitions
Jos Van Belle is co-founder and managing partner of Green Est. Capital. Capital. He was the CFO of Krëfel for more than 40 years and, in parallel, he was a director since 1998. Jos collaborated in the setting up of Krëfel’s expansion strategy, including the development of a vast network of stores located in strategic places. Thus, Krëfel’s network of stores has grown from 8 to 75 entities. His experience at Krëfel has enabled him to amass a vast knowledge of the property and finance sectors. Finally, Jos is also on the Advisory Board of BNP Paribas, where he is in contact with the major players in the retail and construction sectors.
Finance – Law – Taxation
Sibylle Van Belle is managing partner of Green Est. Capital. Previously, she worked as CFO and Ambassador of the Planet for Krëfel NV. She began her career at KPMG as a tax consultant. She is also academically active. In 2017, she defended her doctoral thesis at the Law faculty of Ghent University. Sibylle also holds a guest professor position at the University of Brussels, teaching an in-depth course on Corporate Taxation at the Faculty of Law and Criminology, and Tax Law at the Faculty of Economics.
MARJAN LEICHER
Office Manager
General support for the management
Marjan Leicher is executive assistant to the management dealing with issues of administration, organisation, invoicing and financial management. She started her career in the banking sector and then held several different positions in the communications sector and the public sector. It is precisely because of the different posts that Marjan has held that she is able to engage rapidly and judiciously with the different missions she currently fulfils.
Financial support for the management
Philippe Van Hove is responsible for the financial management of the various real estate companies within Green Est. Capital. He started his career in 1996 and has since gained more than 25 years of experience in small and medium-sized companies as an accountant. Having worked in various sectors, he knows the tangle of the financial world.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – COMMERCIAL – LOCAL COMMUNITY
Lars Haesen has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the commercial management of various Belgian shopping parks and as a property manager. Since the opening of Shopping Park Olen in 2011, he has handled the commercial activities, and since 2023, he was appointed as the property manager for Shopping Park Olen. Since June 2024, he manages all properties of Green Est. Capital. Thanks to his accessibility, efficiency, and pragmatism, Lars remains close to the tenants and local communities of our various locations.
