We invest for the long term in commercial real estate

Our mission and our values

We create business environments that are pleasant and sustainable spaces for everyone.

Green Est. Capital envisages commercial real estate differently by taking into account not only new buying behaviours, but also environmental and digital issues.

Because today’s commerce will not be the commerce of tomorrow; because digital is fundamentally changing our purchasing behaviour; because a sustainable approach is essential for the good of the planet; and because people want to be able to shop easily, quickly, using the means of transport of their choice.

Together, we can provide a pleasant and sustainable shopping experience for everyone, shopkeepers and consumers alike.
Behind Green Est. Capital are the L. Poulet and J. Van Belle families, previously co-owners of Krëfel SA, among other concerns. These family companies have developed an expertise and a unique vision in the commercial real estate sector.

What is it that sets them apart from other retail investors? Every investment and every improvement made to their commercial properties are always envisaged from a long term standpoint, with a sustainable perspective and taking into account the well-being of their tenants and consumers.

We are committed to providing the best possible service for our tenants and visitors to our commercial parks.

We limit our carbon footprint as much as possible, in particular by optimizing our consumption of water and renewable energy.

We invest in strategic locations and our partnerships allow us to better answer our clients questions.

We anticipate new purchasing behaviours and stand out by focusing on technology and sustainability.
